	TomCat TC-18 (RCA chassis socket) The most natural sounding RCA Socket available.

TomCat^TM TC-18 is an RCA chassis socket that incorporates compression for both the signal (+) and return (-).

The Return is machined from solid Pure Copper Billet C10100 being >99.99% Pure Copper (101% IACS) and then Electroplated with 11+ microns of Pure Silver.
The Signal capsule is machined from Beryllium Copper C17500 (>98% IACS and > 98% Copper). The C17500 is utilized to assist in maintaining spring tension for capture of the inserted RCA plug signal pin. The Signal capsule is also electroplated with 11+ microns Pure Silver.

Utilising Pure Copper and Beryllium Copper both copper alloys of very high electrical conductivity, assists in efficient transmission of electrical signal and the information carried therein.
The result is a more relaxed listening experience with greater detail and superb holographic imaging not possible by utilising lesser metals.

The TomCat^TM TC18 utilises M4 set screws to grasp and lock both signal wires and return wires in place; Consequent to utilizing compression fasteners to hold the respective wires in place ensures better and more efficient signal transmission.

TC-18 TomCat^TM can be spaced at a minimum of 19 mm centers though 25 mm centers is recommended.
